Coast Guard Assistant Commandant 2022 Eligibility Criteria :
Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Vacancy Age limit -:
- General duty ( GD ) – Born between01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive).
- Commercial Pilot License (SSA) – Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2003 (Both dates inclusive) .
- Technical (Mechanical) – Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive) .
- Technical (Electrical/Electron ) – Born between 01 Jul 1997 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive).
- Law Entry – Born between 01 Jul 1993 to 30 Jun 2001 (Both dates inclusive) .
Coast Guard Assistant Commandant 2022 Education Qualification : –
- General duty ( GD ) – (i) Should hold a degree of recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks. (ii) Mathematics and Physics as subject up to Intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. The candidates who have completed graduation after diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.
- Commercial Pilot License (SSA) – (i) Should have passed 12th class or equivalent with physics and mathematics as subjects with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. The candidates who have completed diploma are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum. (ii) Should possess current Commercial Pilot License issued/ validated by Director General Civil Aviation on the date of submission of application.
- Technical (Mechanical) – (i) Should hold an Engineering degree of recognized university in Naval Architecture or Mechanical or Marine or Automotive or Mechatronics or Industrial and Production or Metallurgy or Design or Aeronautical or Aerospace with minimum 60% aggregate marks. Equivalent qualification in any of the above disciplines recognized by the Institutes of the Engineers (India) as exempted from section ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their associate membership examination (AMIE). Mathematics and Physics as subject up to intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics. The candidates who have completed graduation after diploma, are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.
- Technical (Electrical/Electron ) – (i) Should hold an Engineering degree of recognized university in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunication or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Communication or Power Engineering or Power Electronics with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
- Law Entry – A degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Coast Guard Assistant Commandant 2022 Pay Scale : –
- Rs 35700/- to 112100 Per Month + Allowance
Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Bharti 2022 Selection Process -:
- The Stage-I would include conduct of screening Test for the eligible applicants which will be a Computer Based Examination conducted at various centers all over India .
- Based on the performance in the Stage-I, candidates will be shortlisted for appearing in Stage-II(PSB)which will be conducted
for a day at Noida, Mumbai/Goa, Chennai and Kolkata Centre . - The candidates qualifying for Stage-III will be intimated on completion of stage-II at respective centres. The schedule of Stage-III will be intimated to the candidate on personal Login ID .
- The candidates who clear Stage-III are required to undergo a special medical examination at Base Hospital, New Delhi.
- The candidates who clear Stage – IV and stand in All India Merit List as per the vacancies available will be provisionally selected for training and will be required to report at INA Ezhimala for Naval Orientation Course (NOC) as per the instructions .
- The result of each stage of selection procedure from Stage-I to Stage-V can be accessed by login to the candidates account on ICG website .
